Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The chairperson of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), Dwikorita says that her party will conduct weather modification for the 2024 Homecoming Season. The measure will be taken as there will be rain during the holiday. Furthermore, she explains that the flood potentials have been anticipated. However, people are still implored to always be vigilant and aware, while also smart in choosing the road that is not flooded during travel. On the other hand, the Vice Minister of Religion Ministry Saiful Rachmat Dasuki assures that his party in the region has been instructed to anticipate flood disaster. With that measure, he says, the Eid Al-Fitr prayer could continue. “We have coordinated with the ranks to find various safe locations for Eid prayer on Syawal 1st, by looking at various variables around the location,” said Saiful.
