Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. State logistics agency Bulog has confirmed that rice supplies in Aceh are sufficient to meet public demand through Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 2026, ensuring food security ahead of the festive period.

“Rice stocks across Aceh are very safe and adequate to meet community needs ahead of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 2026,” Bulog President Director Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani said on Monday (19/1/2026), as cited by antaranews.com.

As of 18 January 2026, Bulog controls 62,820 tons of government rice reserves across warehouses and branch offices in Aceh. The agency also manages 191,428 liters of cooking oil to support staple food availability.

Bulog reported that food aid distribution in Aceh has progressed smoothly, with nearly full realization across districts. Additional inter-branch shipments from Aceh, North Sumatra, and Jakarta are underway to strengthen supply in highland and remote areas.
