inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Erick Thohir  handed over grant funds amounting to Rp3 billion to 20 selected startups.

These startups are from the Best Minds in the Country program organized by the BUMN Foundation.

According to him, the funds would be the capital for the startup amidst the scarcity of investment. Later on, the startups would receive a total funds of 150 million IDR.

“During this winter season, I heard investment in the data technology sector has decreased by 65 percent, unlike the previous years. Thus, BUMN Foundation has provided fund aids as a solution,” said Minister Erick on Monday (8/26/2024).

In his statement, he underscores cross-sector collaboration to realize and accelerate this transformation. BUMN Foundation continues to transform to respond to future challenges such as mother and children health issues, mental health and environmental damage.

“Our foundation also collaborates with expert panels in their respective field to jointly support our core program,” concludes Minister Erick.
