The identified KKB members were Abubakar Kogoya and Demianus Magay. "Both suspected KKB operatives were confirmed deceased following the enforcement actions carried out by the Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force in Kali Kabur, Mile 69, Tembagapura District, Mimika Regency," stated Superintendent Dr. Bayu Suseno, the Head of Public Relations for the Damai Cartenz Task Force. The collaborative security team also seized evidence, including a Sig Sauer pistol, one magazine, and its ammunition. "We will evacuate the bodies to a secure location to facilitate detailed identification," Chief Bayu affirmed.
