Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. CElebrASEAN 2023: ASEAN Creative Economy Week excitedly held at MRT Jakarta Station on Thursday (9/7/2023) to enliven the 43rd ASEAN Summit 2023. Opening the event, the Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno says that CElebrASEAN is the place to promote creative economy, not only in Indonesia but also other ASEAN state members such as Malaysia. “I am sure this ASEAN Matters is the chance not only for the big companies but also for our MSMEs be showcased here in CElebraASEAN. We hope that this will also be a celebration from our creative economy,” belief Sandiaga. Sandiaga also conveys his gratitude and appreciation for MRT initiative to collaborate with Jakarta Government, Malaysia Tourism, and Tepanas. “This ASEAN corridors was seen by up to 6,000 MRT users per day and now it has returned to the previous number from pre-Covid era, 100,000 users per day. This will become its own appeal for the MSMEs. We hope that this collaboration could continue to be pushed for the growth of our economy,” says Sandiaga. During his remarks, Sandiaga proudly said that he continues to promote Indonesia to delegates and head of states attending 43rd ASEAN Summit. The Operation and Maintenance Director of MRT Muhammad Effendi states that his party does not only provide transportation service but also spaces for MSMEs.
