Central Java Regional Police Keep Investigating the Scarcity of 11 Types of Covid-19 Drugs

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Semarang. As there is scarcity of 11 type of Covid-19 drugs, Head of Public Affairs of Central Java Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner M. Al-Qudusy confirmed the scarcity. He said people are looking for the 11 types of drugs as it is believed it can reduce Covid-19 symptomps. “The data from Directorate of Special Crimes of Central Java Regional Police, at number of pharmacy the drugs are not available,” Head of Public Affairs of Central Java Regional Police mentioned, Thursday (07/08/21). The drugs are now becoming the focus of Central Java Regional Police data collection. Currently, the police is collecting data from the pharmacies spread across every Resort Police, to check availability of the 11 types of drugs. “We also check the availability of drugs directly at the pharmacies,” he said. He said the 11 types of drugs are Favipiravir 200 mg tablets, Remdesivir 100 mg injection, Oseltamivir 75 mg capsules, Intravenous Immuglobulin 5 percent 50 ml Infusion, Intravenous Imuglobulin 10 percent 25 ml Infusion. Then Intravenous Immuglobulin 10 percent 50 ml Infusion, Ivermectin 12 Mg, Tocilizumab 400 mg/20 ml Infusion, Tocilizumab 80 mg/4 ml Infusion, and Azithromycin 500 Mg Tablets, and Azithromycin 500 Mg Infusion. "Central Java Regional Police has taken action, we urge the public not to speculate about hoarding. Because if that happens, we will not hesitate to take firm action against the perpetrators," the Head of Public Affairs of ] Central Java Regional Police said. The Head of Public Affairs of Central Java Regional Police said from the results of direct checks, at this time there is no price increasing and indications of hoarding, pharmacies indeed has lacking in supply for the drugs.
