The Vice Chief of Central Java Regional Police, Brigadier General Agus Suryonugroho says that his party is ready to collaborate with the Election Supervisory Body and Prosecutor’s Office to oversee the election.

“Oue neutrality becomes the key to the success of these democratic festives, and this has become our responsibility. Let us hope we can secure this election with grace and smoothly,” said Agus on Wednesday (8/7/2024).

Agus says that the Regional Head Election in Central Java is a legitimate contestation for position and power. Agus stated that the Central Java Regional Police has the experience overseeing the democratic process in the 2024 elections.

“We have secured the 2024 General Election successfully and this proves that we can secure this democratic process,” says Agus.

He hopes during the election process, police members would execute the standard procedure accordingly in their duties.
