Inp.polri.go.id - Murung Raya. Officers from Company 2, Battalion C Pelopor of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police Mobile Brigade have joined forces with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Murung Raya Sub-regional Police to assist flood victims in several areas of Murung Raya Regency.

Led by Company Commander Second Inspector Jensen, the operation involved in both evacuating individuals and distributing aid across Murung Raya, Muara Sompoi, Puruk Cahu Sebrang, Bahitum Village, Juking Panjang Village, and Danau Usung Village.

Senior Superintendent. Nugroho Tri Nuryanto, the Commander of Central Kalimantan Police Mobile Brigade, highlighted that this initiative reflects the police's commitment to responding to natural disasters.

"We are always ready to assist communities affected by disasters like this flood. Satbrimob Polda Kalteng strives to provide the best service and be responsive in every emergency situation within our jurisdiction," he said in a statement on Saturday (12/10/2024).

Chief Nugroho also stressed the importance of collaboration among Brimob, BPBD, and local police to ensure that aid effectively reaches those in need. 

"We hope this effort can genuinely benefit the community and show that the police are always present, especially in difficult times," he added.
