The Acting Head of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Haryomo Dwi Putranto, emphasized that civil servants working in central government agencies cannot refuse transfers to Nusantara, the new capital largely known as IKN. He asserted that while it was not coercion, it was an obligation, as civil servants have already committed to being assigned anywhere, as reported by antaranews.com "We cannot force someone to move. He explained that relocating central government agencies to the Capital involves moving both the office and its institutions, necessitating civil servants' relocation. "We stick to the principle that their human resources, institutions, and offices will move together and integrate into one," Haryomo added. The Head of the Capital City Authority (OIKN) Bambang Susantono, highlighted significant progress in the National Capital's development. The first phase has reached 71.47% completion, with a total investment of Rp47.5 trillion.
