inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Rini Widyantini stated that quality public services must continue to transform to become more adaptive and responsive to public needs, supported by the use of technology, commitment, and collaboration of all public service providers.

As a concrete step, the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, together with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Indonesian Ombudsman, launched the National Public Service Movement (GNPP) as a manifestation of collaboration, synergy, and commitment to improving public services.

"Through cross-sector synergy, the National Public Service Movement is expected to deliver tangible, measurable service improvements that are directly felt by the public," Rini said in a statement in Jakarta on Saturday (7/25/2026).

This was conveyed at the Launching of the National Public Service Movement (GNPP) at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Office in Jakarta on Friday (7/24/2026).

Within the GNPP, the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform will continue to strengthen policies, guidance, and monitoring and evaluation for improving the quality of public services.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs ensures that this movement is implemented consistently across all regional governments.

Rini explained that the face of public service is not determined by magnificent buildings or sophisticated technology, but by the dedication of the civil servants who serve the public every day.

According to her, it is in the hands of civil servants (ASN) and all public service providers that public trust in the state is built.

Minister Rini further explained President Prabowo Subianto's message that all public services can be transformed into digital services so that the public no longer has to queue for hours.
