Inp.polri.go.id - Jayapura.  The Chief of Operation Damai Cartenz-2024,Senior Superintendent Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, led a delegation of key Damai Cartenz Operation officials for a working visit to Kiwirok District, Bintang  MountainsRegency, on Saturday (3/2/24) to assess the security, which has gradually improved after challenges from the armed criminal group (KKB) led by Lamek Taplo since 2021. During the visit, the delegation were welcomed by the Head of Kiwirok District,. Abedeus Tepmul, and the community of Kiwirok District. Chief Faizal said that the community in Kiwirok District can now resume their daily activities without fear, having previously sought refuge in the city of Oksibil. This recovery is attributed to the collaboration between law enforcement and the local community. "We express our gratitude to the local administration of Bintang Mountains Regency and the Kiwirok District community for assisting law enforcement in providing a sense of security and comfort to the people in Kiwirok District," he said The Public Relations Chief of the Damai Cartenz Operation-2024, Superintendent Dr. Bayu Suseno, explained that the purpose of the working visit was s to supervise the Mobile Brigade Post  in Kiwirok District and to understand the activities of the local community. Meanwhile, Mr. Abedeus Tepmul, the Head of Kiwirok District, said that they have established good working relationships with the Indonesian Military, the police, and the Damai Cartez Operation Task Force -2024. ""As the Head of Kiwirok District, I have been administering the administrative affairs well, with the assistance of the military and police in ensuring security in Kiwirok District.
