"This is our program, our effort, our attempt to accelerate the transformation of our national education," said President Prabowo, Monday (11/17/2025).

In his directive, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of awareness to recognize the challenges in the implementation of education, as a basis for determining necessary improvement steps.

He also emphasized the role of education as a key element in the process of national awakening.

President Prabowo assessed that the progress of a country depends on the ability of the people to master science and technology, including through the education system that has developed since the pre-independence era.

He said that education and mastery of science and technology are the foundations that determine the level of success and prosperity of a nation.

"We understand that education, technology, science, and knowledge are the keys to success, are the keys to prosperity. There is no prosperity if we cannot master science and technology," said President Prabowo.

He stated that the achievement of the 2025 Learning Digitalization Program target through the installation of smartboards or interactive flat panels (IFP) in schools throughout Indonesia exceeded the government's initial expectations.

"I thought this program might take more than a year, but it turns out that since we launched it in May, starting with the limited meetings in June, July, August, September, October, and November, we've already reported that 173,000 panels have been installed," he said.

President Prabowo also commended the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education for this achievement.

"I thank the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and all its staff for successfully implementing this program with extraordinary success," he said.
