Inp.polri.go.id - East Kutai. East Kutai Sub-regional Police) destroyed 29.26 grams of methamphetamine as part of their commitment to combating narcotics distribution on Friday (5/6/2026).

East Kutai Police Head of Narcotics Crimes First Inspector Erwin Susanto said the drugs came from four separate cases. 

“From the crime scenes, in total, 29.26 grams were destroyed,” he explained.

Four suspects, identified as RH, NN, AY, and AP, were arrested between March and May this year. Police also seized digital scales, mobile phones, and other evidence.

Chief Erwin noted the destruction complied with Indonesia’s Narcotics Law No. 35/2009, which requires evidence to be destroyed once its legal status is determined.
