Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. East Kalimantan Regional Police Mobile Brigade patrols around four Balikpapan Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) office. The two-wheeled vehicle and four-wheeled vehicle patrols was to guarantee public safety and security ahead 2024 Elections. Not only patrolling around Bawaslu office, the activity also gave positive impacts to community as security apparatus presence could provide sense of security and safety. Police also reports the situation around Bawaslu office during patrols is safe and sound as there are no disturbances. The efforts by the Mobile Brigade is part of police efforts in preventing disturbances and disruptions amidst the community. East Kalimantan Police stressed their personnel to committed in providing maximum security for the democracy process stages. This effort is also to solidify public trust ahead elections. (ad/pt/pr/nm)
