Inp.polri.go.id - Dumai. An elementary school student presented a hand-drawn portrait to Indonesian National Police (INP)  Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo during the inauguration of the Merah Putih Presisi Bridge in Bumi Ayu, South Dumai District, on Wednesday (8/7/2026). 

An elementary student named Adel, wearing her Scout uniform, approached the general under the main tent to hand over a notebook containing her drawing of Chief Sigit shortly after he, accompanied by Riau Regional Police Chief Inspector General Herry Heryawan, distributed food aid and greet local residents.

"Is this a gift for me? A present?" General Listyo Sigit Prabowo asked Adel while warmly displaying the hand-drawn portrait to the gathered crowd.

He smiled, embraced the young student, and invited her to join other local children for a group photograph on the newly inaugurated bridge.
