inp.polri.go.id - East Kalimantan. To ensure public safety, the East Kalimantan Regional Police's Food Safety Team conducted a food inspection at the Stalkuda Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG).
This activity was part of a preventative measure to ensure that all food served met health standards and was fit for consumption.
The inspection was conducted directly by two personnel from the East Kalimantan Regional Police's Food Safety Unit, Yudistira and Noufalian, who are members of the MBG SPPG Stalkuda Food Safety Kitchen Team.
During the inspection, the team conducted a thorough inspection of the various types of food served. Furthermore, officers also provided several recommendations to the management to improve food quality and safety.
The inspection focused on aspects such as kitchen cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and the quality of raw materials used in food processing. This step is considered crucial to prevent potential contamination that could impact public health.
The East Kalimantan Regional Police's Food Safety Unit affirmed its commitment to continuously monitoring food provision, particularly in healthcare facilities and other public services, as a form of public protection.
