inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Abdul Mu'ti, warned that proctors/supervisors of academic ability tests (TKA) found guilty of violations will be subject to sanctions commensurate with the violations committed.

"We will impose sanctions on those who (violate)," said the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education on Monday (4/20/2026). 

Abdul revealed that his office has also obtained the names of the proctors, the locations of the violations, and the types of violations committed by the violators.

"We already have national data on violations by proctors as well as by schools, and we have recorded all of them," he emphasized.

He outlined a number of sanctions that will be imposed on violators, ranging from warnings to prohibitions from becoming TKA proctors in the future.

"TKA will still continue, so if they commit serious violations, we won't give them the opportunity to become supervisors next year. However, if they only commit minor violations and are still capable of improvement, we will give them the opportunity in accordance with applicable regulations," explained Abdul.
