inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, the National Economic Council, and the Ministry of Communication and Digital are committed to accelerating the government's digital transformation to realize quality public services that are easily accessible and focused on the needs of the community.

This commitment was emphasized in a meeting between the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Rini Widyantini, Chair of the National Economic Council (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, and Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid at the DEN Office, Jakarta, on Monday (5/5/2025).

"We welcome and are committed to strengthening DEN's strategic support in accelerating the government's digital transformation. We ensure that digital transformation is not only a tool, but also a driving force of major change in serving the community and building the nation," said Rini in her statement in Jakarta, quoted by Antaranews on Monday (5/5/2025).

In the meeting, Rini said that digital transformation will enable integrated public services through omni-channels, both digital and physical.

In the future, people only need to log in once and fill in their data to access various services in one portal that guarantees the security of personal data.

"This approach is expected to encourage convenience, inclusiveness, and services that are in accordance with the needs of the community," she said.

The meeting also discussed the digitalization of Social Protection (Perlinsos) which is an important part of the sustainability of the government's digital transformation.

The digitalization of Perlinsos supported by digital public infrastructure (DPI) is the initial focus in 2025 to ensure success and build momentum for expansion to other use cases.

Furthermore, it was conveyed that the government's digital transformation is a collective step to build a more advanced and adaptive Indonesia.
