inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (NP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chief of the Rwandan National Police (RNP), Inspector General Felix Namuhoranye in combating transnational organized crime.

The MoU signing took place at the INP Main Meeting Room on Monday (10/6/2025) and witnessed by the Rwandan Ambassador to Indonesia, Sheikh Abdul Karim Harerimana.

The MoU also agreed on collaboration between the INP and the RNP in the exchange of information and expertise, training, and other capacity building programs.

This collaboration is expected to enhance police capabilities between the two countries and marks a significant step in the bilateral relationship between the two law enforcement agencies.

The cooperation also reflects the growing commitment by both countries to strengthen international police cooperation.

Undeniably, the police must continue to collaborate in addressing evolving security challenges through joint efforts and knowledge exchange.

It is known that Namuhoranye is on a four-day visit to Indonesia. During the visit, he also inspected the Indonesian Police Science College (PTIK) and interacted with more than 300 personnel currently undergoing training.
