Minister Nasaruddin emphasized that additional officers would not only benefit Indonesian pilgrims but also support Saudi authorities in managing Hajj operations, as reported by antaranews.com
The minister also urged Saudi Arabia to prioritize physical fitness over age when selecting Hajj participants, noting that many older Indonesians remain physically capable. If the age policy changes, he requested a one-year transition period for public outreach.
