Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. President Joko Widodo dispatch the second batch of humanitarian aid to Palestine. The 21 tons of aid has been departed from Halim Perdanakusuma Airstrip on Monday (11/20/2023).
“Alhamdulillah in this morning we are able to send the 21 tons of aid to our brothers and sisters in Palestine. The aid we sent are the medicines and hospital equipments, food, and other needs for the people of Gaza,” says Jokowi on Monday (11/20/2023).
The aids sent are not only came from the government, but also from the community who has been gathering funds to support Palestine. The mechanism in dispatching the second batch of the aids is the same as the first.
“As the first dispatch, the aid will land on El Arish, Egypt, which later then be delivered to support our brothers and sisters in Gaza,” explains Jokowi.
Jokowi then stressed that Indonesia will continue to send aids to Palestina. “I reaffirm once again that Indonesia will continuously support the Palestine,” calls Jokowi.
