Indra Kenz Allegedly Hides The Evidence of His Crimes

In addition, Article 3, Article 5, and Article 10 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU) with maximum imprisonment of 20 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 10 billion, and Article 378 of the Criminal Code Jo. Article 55 of the Criminal Code carries a 4-year prison term.
