Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Information and Communication Minister Budi Arie Setiadi instructed his party to improve their performance in serving the public.
“Let us together our collaboration in maintaining good public service compliance for Advanced Indonesia,” says Minister Budi on Wednesday (1/10/2024).
According to the assessment from Indonesian Ombudsman, the Ministry of Information and Communication has performed well with the score of 83.56. The score demonstrates the good performance of the ministry and hoped it mirrors their performance service to the public.
However, although scored highly by Ombudsman, Budi still instructs his party to not be swayed and instead fuel their spirit with the achievements as it is a good reference to reevaluate the ministry performance.
On the other hand, Budi also conveys his gratitude for the continuous support from Ombudsman in monitoring the ministry public service performance.
Budi also hopes that Ombudsman will continue to move forward by carrying out their monitoring duties towards public service institutions.
“We are sure that the scoring form Ombudsman has going through comprehensive, professional, and transparent process in effort to improve public service,” says Budi.
