Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Narcotics Crimes Directorate has arrested five suspects accused of supplying methamphetamine to an online taxi driver, FG, who was earlier detained for rape and assault in Tangerang, Banten. 

Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso said the suspects, identified as NS, H, K, ME, and MMGm, were traced through suspect FG’s possession of 0.43 grams of methamphetamine.

“Our investigation shows suspect FG purchased the drugs from suspect NS using money provided by H,” he said on Friday (5/12/2025), as reported bynantaranews.com.

Police sequentially arrested suspects NS, H, K, and ME, uncovering a supply chain leading to suspect MMG, known as Tiul, who is serving time at Cirebon Penitentiary. SuspectTiul allegedly sourced one ounce of methamphetamine from a supplier identified as Reza, who is now being pursued.

Suspect FG, 49, was previously detained by Tangerang Metropolitan Sub-regional Police after allegedly assaulting a female passenger. A search of his residence revealed methamphetamine, weapons-like items, and multiple personal effects.
