Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Criminal Investigation Agency uncovered an international online gambling network operating through platforms linked to T6 and 1XBET, police said on Friday (2/1/2026).
The crackdown targeted illegal gambling sites active across several regions in Indonesia with connections to Asia and Europe.
“This operation shows Polri’s firm commitment to eradicating online gambling as instructed by the President and the National Police Chief,” said Brigadier General Wira Satya, the Director of General Crimes at the Criminal Investigation Agency, during a press briefing as reported by antaranews.com
The case was uncovered following police reports received between August and December 2025. Simultaneous raids were conducted in Jakarta, Tangerang, Pamekasan, and Cianjur, resulting in dozens of suspects being arrested, including site operators, financial administrators, account renters, and money laundering facilitators.
Investigators seized electronic devices, vehicles, banking documents, and blocked more than 100 bank accounts. Police estimate the syndicate generated hundreds of billions of rupiah annually and vowed to continue tracing assets and financial flows.
