Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo inaugurated 35 Integrated Police Service Centers (SPKT) across the Central Java Regional Police on Friday (17/10/2025), aiming to strengthen and speed up police response to public reports and emergencies.
“We’ve renamed the SPKT unit to Pamapta, which stands for Patrol, Security, and Integrated Public Service, to optimize operational readiness,” Chief Prabowo said in an official statement. “This ensures faster follow-up on incidents and reports that require immediate action.”
The SPKT initiative underscores the INP’s commitment to becoming more accessible, professional, and trusted by the public. It also revives the Pamapta function, designed to enhance coordination of patrol duties, public security, and service coordination to ensure smooth, community-focused policing.
The newly launched SPKT units are expected to strengthen local police performance in handling reports, complaints, and initial case responses, while ensuring rapid and transparent service delivery to citizens across Central Java.
