Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Commissioner General Agus Andrianto conducted an inspection of the Social and Health Service activities of the INP in the Yogyakarta Institute of the Arts to assess the implementation of the Quick Wins Precision program.
"I visited the Yogyakarta Regional Police to follow up on the instructions from the INP Chief to examine if the Quick Wins Precision program for the third and fourth quarters is being implemented by our personnel," he said on Wednesday (29/11/23).
The INP Deputy Chief revealed that the report from the Yogyakarta Police included numerous Social and Health Service activities that had been repeatedly carried out.
"This includes house demolitions, well assistance, cataract surgery, cleft lip surgeries, and many other activities," he said.
General Agus expressed his hope that police officers, wherever they are stationed, would be close to the community.
He emphasized that the police cannot work alone and need to collaborate with other stakeholders, such as local administrations and military elements in the area.
