The Indonesian National Police (INP) involved ESQ Corp founder Ary Ginanjar in its 2026 High-Ranking Officers Assessment Center for Brigadier Generals at the National Police Headquarters in Jakarta on Tuesday (9/6/2026), following recommendations from the Commission for the Acceleration of Police Reform (KPRP) to strengthen meritocracy and talent management.
"Assessment Center Polri was built to ensure that personnel career development runs objectively and based on data," said Inspector General Dr. Anwar, the Assistant to the National Police Chief (INP) for Human Resources. "The goal is to find the best potential within each personnel so it can be developed optimally."
The strategic assessment evaluated 100 participants to ensure transparent, objective, and competency-based career development in response to complex modern security challenges, including global geopolitics and cyber threats.
Ary Ginanjar praised the initiative, highlighting the INP’s use of talent big data as a pioneering step toward objective meritocracy in the modern era.
