Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Traffic Corps launched Operasi Patuh 2025 on Monday (14/7/2025), urging all drivers to carry complete vehicle documents and use legal license plates during the 14-day operation.

“Before driving, make sure your vehicle documents are complete and your license plate is valid. If everything is in order, there's no need to worry during Operasi Patuh,” said the Traffic Corps Chief of Operations Senior Superintendent Aries Syahbudin, as reported by antaranews.com.

The operation runs nationwide from 14 to 27 July 2025, aiming to improve traffic order and road safety.

Officers will focus on violations that contribute to traffic accidents, such as driving against the flow, not wearing helmets, using phones while driving, and underage driving. Penalties include fines up to Rp 1 million or jail terms of up to four months, depending on the offense.
