Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) PR Chief, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho opens the Meeting of Management Review of ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management. The meeting is part of certification process of ISO to improve their service. Sandi states that he hopes through this process, his division would become better. In the near future, they aimed to have the management review from PT. Sucofindo. “Hopefully, in the opening of INP Public Relations Division Technical Work Meeting on March 22nd with other five division, we could present to the INP Chief that we already got the management review from Sucofindo,” said the PR Chief on Wednesday (3/6/2024). According to him, the effort is also part of their implementation of the Police Regulation Number 6 of 2023 where all personnel bears the PR responsibility. “With that, we aim to improve our internal by refining our management, and to the external we do our best,” said the PR Chief. Moreover, Sandi hopes that with this, personnel in 27 Units and 34 Regional Polices have understands their responsibility to convey to the public that the police have worked and did their task excellently. Particularly if they already got the certification of ISO 9001-2015. On the other hand, the ISO Auditor of Sucofindo Yus Rusyana says there are three things that the INP PR Division has to get through to get the ISO certification, which are internal audit, management review, and survey. “If God wills it, we will complete the three by this week,” said Sandi.
