Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps have communicated with the Minister For Public Works and Human Settlements (PUPR) to ensure the Demak-Kudus roads, which were flooded, are able to be used during 2024 Homecoming Season flow.
“PUPR parties have given their words that the road repair is 95% completed,” said Head of INP Traffic Corps Inspector General Aan Suhanan on Thursday (3/28/2024).
Furthermore, Aan and his party continue to anticipate flood disaster if it occurs again during the homecoming season. Three roads have been prepared for the traffic diversion from Demak-Kudus if it was flooded again.
The first road is from Sayung, Purwodadi, Blora, and then to Rembang. Then from Semarang, Kedungmundu straight to Kudus.
“And lastly from Semarang, Purwodadi, Blora, Rembang,” conclude Aan.
