The Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps have communicated with the Minister For Public Works and Human Settlements (PUPR) to ensure the Demak-Kudus roads, which were flooded, are able to be used during 2024 Homecoming Season flow. “PUPR parties have given their words that the road repair is 95% completed,” said Head of INP Traffic Corps Inspector General Aan Suhanan on Thursday (3/28/2024). Furthermore, Aan and his party continue to anticipate flood disaster if it occurs again during the homecoming season. Three roads have been prepared for the traffic diversion from Demak-Kudus if it was flooded again. The first road is from Sayung, Purwodadi, Blora, and then to Rembang.
