Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) held the 3rd Internal Strengthening Dialogue in South Jakarta on Tuesday (29/9/2026)6, focusing on information literacy to safeguard democratic public expressions and counter disinformation. 

The forum addressed evolving challenges in managing public demonstrations and digital media dynamics.

"Guaranteeing space for public aspirations and preventing disinformation from dominating the information space must proceed together," saidHead of Public Information Bureau Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, reading remarks from Head of Public Relations Division Inspector General Pol. Johnny Eddizon Isir.

The police emphasized a shift toward a humanistic, service-oriented approach through early communication, negotiation, and preventive steps. 

Director of Sabhara Brigadier General Mokhamad Ngajib noted that certified negotiators lead technical field engagements. Police also highlighted the public relations division's role in delivering accurate, verified, and rapid information to maintain public trust.
