inp.polri.go.id - Banjarbaru. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Headquarters' supervisory team conducted intensive monitoring and oversight through INP Priority Program Team, Activity II Ba Intelkam Polri, which handles efforts to prevent and overcome terrorism, radicalism, and intolerant groups throughout Indonesia, Friday (10/10/25)
This activity is part of INP's efforts to maintain security and public order stability and prevent the emergence of threats that could damage national unity.
The Team Leader, Senior Superintendent Wirasto Adi Nugroho, said that this supervisory team will be tasked with providing guidance to regional police forces so they can be more alert in facing increasingly complex threats.
This supervisory team also prioritizes an intelligence-based approach in mapping potential threats from intolerant groups that can disrupt harmony between religious communities and groups in Indonesia.
Guidance for the community and religious leaders is expected to reduce radicalization that occurs among certain segments, especially in areas that have a high potential for the spread of extremist ideology.
The meeting was also attended by supporting task forces from several functions, including the Community Guidance Directorate and the Public Relations Division of the South Kalimantan Regional Police.
