inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLH) has recorded remarkable achievements in managing Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in 2025. As of the third quarter, PNBP realization reached IDR 509.38 billion, or 543.21 percent of the annual target of IDR 93.77 billion.

The Minister of Environment,Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, called this achievement a testament to the effectiveness of productive and integrated environmental governance.

He stated that PNBP serves as a strategic funding source that strengthens the implementation of national environmental priority programs.

This significant increase is the result of policy synergy, supervision, and increased compliance of business actors with environmental regulations. In addition, there is optimization of laboratory services and expansion of environmental education and training.

"Every rupiah of PNBP (Non-Tax State Revenue) is not just a figure in a financial report, but a concrete manifestation of our commitment to protecting the earth for future generations. This support strengthens our strategic steps in addressing environmental challenges and ensuring national development," he said on Friday (10/10/2025).

PNBP management is carried out transparently and accountably, referring to PMK 155/2021 in conjunction with 58/2023 as well as PP 36/2024 and PP 47/2023. All reporting is carried out through the Ministry of Finance's digital portal ( ssdpnbp.kemenkeu.go.id) so that projections and realization can be monitored in real time.

To maintain the positive trend until the end of the year, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has prepared strategic steps such as increasing cooperation with local governments and developing national carbon governance to support the target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

With achievements exceeding the target by fivefold, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry/BPLH has proven that environmental management is not only about compliance but also makes a significant contribution to state revenue and sustainable development.

"We are committed to strengthening integrity, transparency, and innovation in the management of non-tax state revenues. Every rupiah received must be an investment in a cleaner, healthier, and more competitive future environment," he explained.
