inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps continues to promote digital transformation and service innovation in the field of vehicle and driver registration and identification (Regident).

This effort was one of the topics discussed in the Regident analysis and evaluation (ANEV) meeting corps held at the Djayusman Building, INP Traffic Corps, Jakarta, Monday (9/28/2026).

The Director of Regident, Brigadier General Komarudin, stated that service development will continue to be carried out by prioritizing convenience, transparency, and simplification of the service process for the public.

"We continue to develop this so that what the public expects regarding our service improvements can be maximized," said Komarudin.

According to him, the various innovations launched by the corps are part of an effort to provide services that are increasingly easy and responsive to public needs.

Evaluations were also conducted on several Regident services, from motor vehicle registration, vehicle registration certificates (BPKB), driver's licenses (SIM), to service facilities and infrastructure.

Komarudin requested that all ranks continue to conduct evaluations to identify opportunities to improve service quality. The results of these evaluations will then be used to formulate improvement measures in each region.
