inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice Chief of the Indonesian National Police (INP), Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo, urged the public to report any community organizations (ormas) that forcibly demand the Eid holiday allowances (THR). He also assured that the police will take firm action against any violations.
"If there is evidence of a violation, the police will certainly take action," explained Commissioner General Dedi at the Bina Graha Building, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (3/11/2026).
The Head of INP Public Relations Division, Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir, added that entrepreneurs are urged to immediately report any disturbing parties demanding THR by calling the 110 call center.
"Then, please call 110, call the 110 hotline, and report it," he said.
Johnny assured that his team will immediately follow up on reports with preemptive measures or advise those who demand THR to prevent a recurrence.
However, if the party requesting THR is deemed to be causing unrest or extortion against business owners, the National Police will not hesitate to take legal action.
