inp.polri.go.id - Pringsewu. The Pringsewu Sub-regional Police Health Department routinely conducts direct supervision of the production process of free nutritious meals managed by the Indonesian National Police (INP)'s Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) in Pringsewu Regency.
This supervision is carried out to ensure that all food distributed to the community is safe, hygienic, and meets nutritional standards.
Head of Public Relations of Pringsewu Sub-regional Police, Police Senior Inspector Priyono, stated that this supervision is part of the police's commitment to ensuring the quality of social programs that directly impact the community.
"Supervision is carried out comprehensively, from raw material selection and processing to food distribution. We ensure that all stages are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures and hygiene principles," said Priyono on Monday (5/11/2026).
He explained that before distributing the food, the Health Department team always checks food samples. This step aims to ensure that the food being distributed is truly safe, fit for consumption, and does not pose a health risk to the beneficiaries.
According to him, the food processing methods used at INP's SPPG have also been adapted to health standards, ensuring nutritional content is maintained without compromising food safety.
"The main goal is to ensure that the food received by the public is not only filling but also healthy and safe to consume," he explained.
