Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) recorded a flood height of 190 cm in Cawang, East Jakarta, by 10 pm on Wednesday (3/4/2024).
The floods affected 26 neighborhoods and seven road sections in Jakarta, with causes ranging from heavy rainfall to overflow from the Ciliwung River.
Various regions experienced inundation, including Sukabumi Selatan in West Jakarta, and Cilandak Barat, Petogogan, and Lebak Bulus in South Jakarta.
Floods also occurred in Rawajati, Jati Padang, Kebagusan, and Ragunan, with levels ranging from 30 to 175 cm. Moreover, Lubang Buaya and Baru in East Jakarta experienced flooding, with heights of 100 cm and 50 cm, respectively.
Seven road sections, including Ciledug Raya and Kemang Utara IX, also faced inundation, with depths ranging from 10 to 100 cm.
Currently, one neighborhood in Lebak Bulus and one in Lenteng Agung have receded, with 42 residents from Cilandak Timur seeking refuge in Mushala Al Makmur and Pendopo.
