Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent  Ade Ary Syam Indradi, declared that the situation in Jakarta remained safe and under control following the announcement of the vote counting recapitulation results of the 2024 General Election at the Central Jakarta KPU Building on Wednesday (20/3/2024). "As of now, it's safe and under control. The Metro Jaya Police Chief directly led the security process during the vote counting at the KPU," he said, as reported by antaranews.com. He confirmed that all police precincts continued to enhance police activities to maintain public order and security. "Starting from preemptive measures, educational efforts, advisories, patrols, to law enforcement," Chief Ade said. He thanked the support and cooperation of all parties, all elements of society who have positively contributed to the current safe and controlled situation in Jakarta.
