Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) reaffirmed its unity and commitment to following regulations for the nation's progress and economic stability.
Kadin Chairman Arsjad Rasjid emphasized the organization's dedication to working collectively for the benefit of Indonesian businesses, according to antaranews.com.
“I urge all Kadin members to remain united and adhere to the rules for the advancement of our organization,” he said during a press conference on Sunday (15/9/2024).
In response to the recent Extraordinary National Meeting (Munaslub), initiated by a faction within Kadin, Arsjad announced an investigation into violations of Kadin's statutes. The Munaslub appointed Anindya Bakrie as Kadin’s new chairman.
However, Arsjad underscored that this meeting was illegal, violating Kadin's governing rules.
“Kadin belongs to all Indonesian business actors, not individuals,” he affirmed, adding that Kadin remains focused on achieving 8% economic growth and realizing Golden Indonesia 2045, while maintaining organizational integrity and unity.
