Inp.polri.go.id - Timika.  The Damai Cartenz 2024 Task Force has announced that the body of Raimon Gustam Kailimang, who was killed by an armed criminal group (KKB) in Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua, has been returned to Manado.

According to Senior Superintendent Bayu Suseno, the Damai Cartenz Task Force Head of Public Relations, Kailimang’s body arrived at UPBU Moses Kilangin Airport in Timika on Wednesday (14/8/2024) and was greeted by family members. 

His body was then transferred to the Mimika Regional General Hospital to change the coffin before being flown to Manado, as reported by antaranews.com.

Kailimang, an employee of the Tiga Jaya Permai (TJP) project, was shot by the KKB on Tuesday afternoon. Surveillance footage shows him lying in the Kali Wabu area with gunshot wounds to his head, right ear, right arm, and right chest.
