Inp.polri.go.id – North Kalimantan. The National Police Commission (Kompolnas) visited North Kalimantan Regional Police to review the security monitoring following the 2024 General Election. The North Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya welcomes the visit of Kompolnas entourage led by Kompolnas Commissioner, Albertus Wahyurudhanto. “The visit also to review the monitoring on Ketupat Operation in North Kalimantan. Kompolnas wants to make sure that the election security operation goes smoothly, transparently, and safely,” says the North Kalimantan Public Relations Division Chief, Senior Superintendent Budi Rachmat on Monday (3/18/2024). The police chief and Kompolnas representatives held a discussion to talk about various strategies and preventive measures in overcoming security potential threats during the election. The visit hopefully could provide positive contribution in improving the integrity and public trust towards police activity in securing the election and the province. “Kompolnas and the ranks of the police committed to safeguard the democratic process that is full of quality and free from threats,” conclude Budi.
