Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested a state official from the South Kalimantan administration during a sting operation on Sunday night (6/10/2024).

KPK Deputy Chairman Nurul Ghufron confirmed the arrest, saying, “Yes, the KPK carried out the operation.” 

However, he did not provide details about the official's identity or the specifics of the case, according to antaranews.com.

Ghufron said that KPK investigators are currently interrogating the arrested official. 

“We will share more information later; the investigation is ongoing, and updates will be provided once it is complete,” he added.
