inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) welcomes the establishment of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Corruption Eradication Corps and considers this to be a form of the government's seriousness in eradicating corruption in Indonesia.

"We consider the establishment of the Corruption Eradication Corps, as one of the KPK's counterparts, to be a form of the government's seriousness, in this case the president and more specifically the Chief of INP, to jointly suppress the level of corruption in realizing a better Indonesia," said Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika on Friday (10/18/2024).

Tessa said that corruption is an extraordinary crime that can damage the stability and security of society, even threaten the sustainability of economic and socio-political development, and even create massive poverty.

Therefore, the anti-corruption commission welcomes all government efforts to combat all forms of corruption.

"The KPK supports all efforts aimed at supporting the eradication of corruption in Indonesia," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa.
