inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The General Election Commission (KPU) held National Consolidation of Regional Head Election Preparation to unify the perception on what should be the basis in assuring the success of the election.

“We have to convey that the national consolidation was held to provide an unified understanding on what should be the basis to follow up on strategic issues. The meeting is also open for suggestions and constructive recommendations for the success of Regional Head Election,” said Head of KPU Mochammad Afifuddin on Tuesday (8/20/2024).

Moreover, the activity is also part of KPU consolidation in preparing its ranks ahead of Regional Head Election. Afif appreciates KPU ranks across Indonesia amidst the hectic election process.

“We as the official of Indonesian KPU give our highest appreciation to our ranks across Indonesia when amidst the hectic election process, still diligently prepare for the Regional Head Election,” says Afif in his appreciation.

The national consolidation meeting was attended by 3,743 participants from KPU ranks while also inviting guest speakers from seven ministries/institutions.
