Inp.polri.go.id - Bandar Lampung. The Lampung Regional Police has officially handed over 29 suspects in an illegal diesel fuel case to the Pesawaran District Prosecutor’s Office on Sunday (7/6/2026).
The suspects, along with evidence, were transferred after the case files were declared complete (P-21) by prosecutors.
“The handover of suspects and evidence has been carried out according to legal procedures. All 29 suspects have been submitted to the Pesawaran Prosecutor’s Office for further legal process,” said Lampung Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Yuni Iswandari Yuyun.
The case, uncovered in April 2026, involved illegal storage, processing, and distribution of subsidized fuel. The suspects are currently detained at Lampung Police’s detention facility under prosecutor custody while awaiting trial.
Chief Yuni urged the public to report any suspected misuse of subsidized fuel or illegal energy activities to support fair and transparent energy governance.
