Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A 5.1 magnitude earthquake struck northwest of Tahuna, Sangihe Islands, North Sulawesi, on Monday at 11.23 am local time, the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reported.
The quake’s epicenter was located at 4.79°N and 125.17°E, about 135 kilometers northwest of Tahuna, with a depth of 10 kilometers. BMKG noted the information was released promptly and may be subject to updates as data processing continues.
