inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti conveyed changes during Ramadan, including changes to school holidays to welcome Eid al-Fitr 2025.

Abdul Mu’ti said that the changes to the 2025 Eid holiday schedule for schools, madrasas, and religious education units had been agreed upon with the Minister of Home Affairs and the Minister of Religion, to then be formalized in the latest circular.

"Just waiting for the signature of the Joint Circular of the three Ministers," said Abdul Mu’ti on Tuesday (3/4/2025).

He explained that the changes to the 2025 Eid holiday schedule for schools, madrasas, and religious education units were in accordance with the meeting with the Minister of Transportation, the regulation of the Minister of PANRB regarding work from anywhere (WFA) and the direction of the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono for the Government to implement WFA starting D-7 Eid.

In his statement, the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education stated that independent learning at home will end on March 5, 2025, so that on March 6 to March 20, 2025, students will return to studying at schools, madrasas or religious education units.

Meanwhile, he continued, on March 21-28 and April 2-8 are Eid holidays for schools, and will return to school as usual on April 9, 2025.
