inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs Djamari Chaniago highlighted the importance of inclusive services for all travelers during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday period at the Kampung Rambutan Terminal in East Jakarta.
"The facilities for the public, especially travelers, are certainly better; this needs to be appreciated," said Djamari on Monday (3/6/2026).
During his visit, Djamari personally observed various services provided for travelers, including a children's reading room and a massage center for people with disabilities.
The inspection was conducted as part of the government's monitoring of service facilities at terminals during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period.
According to him, inclusive services like this need to continue to be developed at various terminals and other transportation facilities. He saw this as an important aspect so that everyone, without exception, can experience comfortable and equal service during their homecoming journey.
He hopes that terminal management and related agencies will continue to improve public service facilities so that travelers feel safe and comfortable while at the terminal.
"Good service is impossible without public accountability. That's what's happening here, and that's what's driving service improvement," said Djamari
