inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi says that logistic tranportation compliance to the applicable regulations has supported the smooth traffic of the 2025 Eid Homecoming traffic.

In his statement, Dudy appreciated the companies who operated their logistic transportations armada accordingly during the Homecoming season.

“This move greatly helps smoothen the traffic and increase the traffic safety during the homecoming season,” says Dudy on Tuesday (4/8/2025).

Dudy says that in Eid 2025, Wika Beton Port and Bandar Bakau Jaya (BBJ) Port were used as ports for freights to operate normally. In ensuring the proper and prepared facilities at the ports, Dudy went for a visit.

“We have to provide optimal services for the people. In BBJ Port, we have provided the food, toilet, rest rooms, and wash rooms,” says Dudy.

Freight transportation operations during the Eid holiday are regulated in the Joint Decree (SKB) of the Director General of Land Transportation Number: KP-DRJD 1099 of 2025, the Director General of Sea Transportation Number: HK.201/4/4/DJPL/2025, and the Head of the Traffic Corps of the Indonesian National Police Number: Kep/50/III/2025, and the Director General of Highways Number: 05/PKS/Db/2025 concerning the Regulation of Road Traffic and Crossings During the 2025 Eid Homecoming and Return Holiday.

The SKB limits freight vehicles with three or more axles, freight vehicles with trailers, trailers, and freight vehicles transporting excavations, mining, and building materials, on toll and non-toll roads starting Monday, March 24, 2025 at 00.00 local time until Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 24.00 local time.

Vehicles that are exempted from the restrictions are those transporting fuel/gas fuel, money delivery, animals and animal feed, fertilizer, handling natural disasters, free homecoming and return motorbikes, and basic goods.
